Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Dominguez Hills, and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Long Beach State University. Tiffany is Board Certified as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical rotations during graduate school were at Saddleback Hospital with an emphasis in Cardiovascular, General ICU, and pulmonology. She is a member of the Association of Critical Care Nurses and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Tiffany keeps her heart healthy by living an active lifestyle, which includes rock climbing, hiking, and playing with her nieces. She believes positive outcomes are achieved through the collaborative efforts of patients, health care providers, and families; Tiffany approaches each patient as if she were treating family, focusing on the whole patient.

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND). My passion is in helping people prevent and treat chronic disease through use of natural medicine and healthy lifestyle changes. I believe that the body has an amazing capability to heal itself once we remove the obstacles to health.
As a registered dietitian nutritionist at DDCOC, I help my clients improve their health through optimal nutrition, appropriate lifestyle modifications, and quality supplementation whenever necessary. Since every individual is unique, I spend an extended amount of time one-on-one during our initial visit to get to know your health history and personal habits so we can together come up with an individualized plan that works best for your health. I encourage my clients to take charge of their own health and help them continue on their journey toward wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with new healthy recipes, reading the most current research on health and nutrition, watching movies, camping, and taking nature hikes.
