In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Siddiqui holds the esteemed position of Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine, University of Houston. Here, he passionately focuses on nurturing the next generation of medical professionals by providing invaluable clinical exposure to medical students. His dedication to teaching and mentoring aspiring healthcare practitioners is a testament to his commitment to the field.
Beyond the realm of academia, Dr. Siddiqui served as a Commissioned Major at 2nd Brigade, Alpha Company, with the Texas State Guards under the Texas Military Department. In this role, he plays a pivotal part in training cadets and offering steadfast support to the community during critical times.
Dr. Siddiqui continues to be an active member of the healthcare community, generously volunteering his time as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students at UT Health School and Texas Woman's University.

Samantha “Sammy” Pushchak, PA, is a board-certified physician assistant serving patients at Summit Primary Care in Denver, Colorado.
Born and raised in Colorado, Sammy is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins and obtained her Master of Health Science and Physician Assistant Certificate at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.
At Summit Primary Care, Sammy feels very passionately that her patients should have a say in their health care plan and be as involved as possible in the decision-making process. She is extremely bubbly and energetic, and she truly loves her job. Dr. Rachel Frankel Meek is the Medical Director of The California Longevity and Vitality Medical Institute®. She was born in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a graduate of University of California at San Diego (Muir College, 1981) with a B.S. degree in Biology. Dr. Meek received a Masters Degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) from University of California at Berkeley in 1983. She subsequently graduated from The College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific at Western University of Health Sciences in California in 1987. Dr. Rachel Meek completed her Internship in Family Medicine and then a Residency in Pediatrics at Kaiser Hospital in Oakland, California. From 1991-2004, she was a Partner at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Antioch and Walnut Creek, California. Between 2004 and 2008, she has practiced Family Medicine in the Bay Area. In 2009, Dr. Meek completed the full continuing medical education program in Age Management Medicine at Cenegenics Medical Institute in Nevada. She is certified by Cenegenics in Age Management Medicine. Subsequently, Dr. Meek completed a 2-month Preceptorship in Age Management Medicine with Dr. Harvey S. Bartnof at California Longevity and Vitality Medicine Institute® in San Francisco. Dr. Rachel Meek joined the Institute as a Staff Physician in 2009, where she practices Age Management Medicine.
