Margaret I. Chustecki, MD, MBA, is a skilled internist at Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in Hamden, West Haven, and Milford, Connecticut. She is also an assistant clinical professor at Yale School of Medicine. 

Born in Warsaw, Poland, and educated at Warsaw Medical School, Dr. Chustecki completed her internship and residency at Newton Wellesley Hospital and New England Medical Center in Massachusetts. Before joining Yale University as a clinical instructor, Dr. Chustecki started Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in 2003. 

Since then, the practice has flourished, boasting some of the best internists and providers in the United States. Dr. Chustecki maintains patients at the practice while teaching at Yale School of Medicine. She supervises up-and-coming medical professionals while educating them on the benefits of efficient health care. 

Dr. Chustecki remains active in research, and has contributed to over 55 medical publications. She co-founded Chase Medical Research of Greater New Haven in 2015, and serves as the chief clinical trial investigator.

Gitendra Rajiyah, MD, is a double-board-certified internal medicine physician and cardiologist at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, serving patients at the East Orange, New Jersey, office on Evergreen Place. The practice also has offices in West Orange, South Orange, Maplewood, Newark, and Bloomfield, New Jersey. 

Dr. Rajiyah studied at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, earning his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He then spent several years gaining experience in internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, neurology, geriatrics, and psychology.

In 1988, Dr. Rajiyah enrolled at the University of London in the United Kingdom and completed an internal medicine and psychiatry fellowship at the University College Hospital. He moved to the United States the following year and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in Newark.

Dr. Rajiyah also spent one year as a dedicated researcher under the guidance of Timothy Reagan, MD, chairman of the Division of Cardiology at New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) Rutgers Health. He also completed a cardiology fellowship, serving patients at several hospitals throughout New Jersey. 

Dr. Rajiyah is board-certified in cardiology and internal medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He’s also a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the British Medical Association, and the Sri Lanka Medical Association. 

While Dr. Rajiyah specializes in internal medicine and cardiology, he also has a special interest in gastroenterology. He is very active in the New Jersey medical community and serves on the Critical Care Committee at East Orange General Hospital and served as chief of cardiology there between 2005-2009.

Dr. Bernstein graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology from Long Island University Post in Brookville, New York. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Granada, West Indies. While in medical school, Dr. Bernstein completed clinical rotations at Maimonides Medical Center and Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his residency in internal medicine at New York-Presbyterian Queens in Flushing, New York. Michelle W. Ma, MD, FAAD is a Board Certified Dermatologist who completed her residency through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in June 2017. We're very excited to have her as a full-time provider at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, located in Plainview, Commack, Manhattan, Upper East Side and Hampton Bays, New York. In her professional and educational work, Dr. Ma has:

Dr. Ma graduated from Cornell University with a degree in biological sciences. She then:

She has completed two postdoctoral fellowships. Dr. Ma was a Dermatopharmacology Fellow at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in Bronx, New York. She was also a Melanoma Translational Research Fellow at the Department of Dermatology at New York University.
