Simrita Sidhu, MD, is an internal medicine physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She provides expert medical care to patients at Premier Medical Care in Spring Hill, Florida. Thomas Arne Jr., DO, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and the founder of Gulfshore Personalized Care in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Arne founded the practice with a mission to deliver the highest quality medical care to patients in the community. 

Dr. Arne attended Ferris State University, graduating in 1981 with his pharmacy degree. He then went on to complete his medical degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. After graduating, he joined several internships, residency programs, and cardiology fellowships in Chicago and Park Ridge, Illinois, as well as Detroit, Michigan. 

During his internal medicine residency (1990-1991) and cardiology fellowship (1993-1994), he was elected chief resident and fellow. After dedicating three years of his career to a private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he relocated to Sarasota in 1997.
