Dr. Ahmed M. Abdel-Megid, MD is a Board-Certified Rheumatologist providing services to the communities of Somerville, Monroe, and Flemington, New Jersey. He is an expert in the management of a multitude of Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal diseases including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. He has specific training in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis and rheumatism. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Megid also has extensive experience with office orthopedic disorders, sports medicine, connective tissue disorders and interventional joint procedures.

Gritz Pierre, MD, is the founder, owner, and medical director of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine based in New York City. He is a board-certified physician with dual certification in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine and holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. His background combines extensive frontline clinical experience with formal training in healthcare management, supporting both the clinical and operational requirements of the Company.
Dr. Pierre maintains active medical licenses across multiple U.S. states, enabling nationwide telemedicine practice and supporting the Company’s multi-state service delivery model. His clinical experience spans high-acuity emergency departments, critical access hospitals, ICU-capable facilities, and inpatient hospital medicine settings. In addition, he has extensive outpatient experience working in rural clinics throughout Southern Illinois, providing primary and urgent care services in medically underserved communities.
His professional experience includes independent emergency medicine practice, nocturnist hospital medicine, and ICU-level patient management. Dr. Pierre has served in environments requiring autonomous decision-making, rapid clinical assessment, and coordination of complex care, including stabilization of critically ill patients prior to ICU admission or interfacility transfer.
He has also participated in healthcare fairs and community outreach events, providing physical examinations and preventive care services for local schools and community members.
In addition to his clinical background, Dr. Pierre’s MBA training provides experience in healthcare administration, operations, and financial oversight. This dual competency supports informed governance of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance, provider oversight, and operational scalability.
Dexter McKenzie, MD, is an experienced internist and pediatrician serving patients of all ages at LaSante Health Center in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens area of Brooklyn. Dr. McKenzie has served the central Brooklyn community for over 30 years as a registered pharmacist and physician and treats a wide range of medical conditions for adults and children in New York City.
After immigrating to Brooklyn from the Caribbean, Dr. McKenzie attended the public schools in the area, then received his Bachelor of Science in pharmaceutical and health sciences from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences at Long Island University in New York City. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and was honored with a residency and internship in internal medicine and pediatrics from Kings County Hospital in New York City.
Dr. McKenzie is proud to serve a diverse range of patients at LaSante Health Center and advocates as a health educator, mentor to youth, and for the medical care of single mothers and senior citizens. He is passionate about supporting the local arts and small businesses. His involvement in the community has garnered him several awards and recognition.
Dr. McKenzie is president of the Provident Clinical Society of Brooklyn, and a member of the National Medical Association, Medical Society of the State of New York, New York Empire State Medical Association, and The Medical Society of the County of Kings.
Emmanuel Valery, MD, is a board-certified internist at LaSante Health Center in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens area of Brooklyn. Dr. Valery diagnoses and treats chronic illnesses, offers preventative and primary care, and provides excellent treatments for patients in New York City with cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, circulatory or other chronic health issues.
Dr. Valery was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and has been in the medical field for over three decades. He immigrated to New York, where he received his Bachelor of Science from Long Island University in New York City. Dr. Valery then completed his Doctor of Medicine at The Universidad del Noreste (UNE) School of Medicine in Tampico, Mexico. He went on to finish his residency in internal medicine at Kings County Hospital and completed the prestigious Fifth Pathway program for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, both in New York City.
Serving the community for years, Dr. Valery was the medical director at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, the CEO of Bedford Medical Group, and practiced at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Kings County Hospital and the Bronx Lebanon Special Care Center, all in New York City.
Dr. Valery leads several community service and outreach initiatives and is a member of the NOAH NY, a not-for-profit organization that helps provide free health care to residents of Haiti. He has received numerous awards for his efforts.
As an immigrant and multilingual in English, Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish, Dr. Valery is passionate about serving diverse patients at LaSante Health Center. He brings years of medical knowledge to provide quality internal medicine care.
Dr. Valery is a member of the American Medical Association, Asclepius Medical Society, and certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine.
Robin Mukherjee, DO, is a doctor of osteopathy at Raritan Family Healthcare, providing complete primary care to people of ages 16 years and older at two convenient locations in Raritan and Bedminster, New Jersey. He is board-certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Mukherjee began his career pursuits at Columbia University in New York City, earning his Bachelor of Arts in biology with a premedical concentration in economics.
He subsequently earned a Master’s of Science in biology from the College of Staten Island, City University of New York in Staten Island, and a Master of Science in biomedical sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in Newark, New Jersey.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Mukherjee earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. Then, he completed a residency in internal medicine at the Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences – Trinitas Regional Medical Center, in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Dr. Mukherjee proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. He is certified in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
In his free time, Dr. Mukherjee enjoys reading and playing tennis and basketball. He’s also an automotive enthusiast and regularly participates in autocross and high-performance driver education (HPDE) racing.
