He is a two-time recipient of the quality improvement and health outcomes award granted by the Foundation for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. In addition to his duties at Elk Medical, Dr. Kazeem serves on advisory committees at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center as well as New York–Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.
