Her background also includes work in a crisis residential treatment program, where she provided care to individuals experiencing homelessness or reentering the community after incarceration.
Paula Nehorai is an associate therapist with a dual background in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. She creates a supportive, strengths-based space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Paula earned her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Vanguard University, and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, and cognitive changes related to dementia and brain trauma.
Trained in CBT and DBT, Paula also integrates mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, person-centered approaches, and family systems work. Her compassionate, collaborative style helps clients build resilience, self-awareness, and clarity, reconnecting with purpose and confidence on their journey toward meaningful growth.
A graduate of Southern California Health Institute, Andre is a trigger point and posture specialist who uses a blend of medical massage/sports therapy with traditional Chinese medicine. With every massage he delivers a unique blend of therapy to treat each of his clients’ soft tissue needs.
His Swedish and deep tissue combination of strokes organize tissues to their peak stability and performance. His range of techniques include: deep tissue, reflexology, swedish, sports therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure and rolfing… Which are all concluded with a blend of energy work and even Reiki.
