He finished his neurology residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Following that, he completed a Neuro Critical Care Fellowship, Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dr. Mikolaenko is well versed in EMG NCS as well as reading EEG’s. He’s an experienced and diligent physician who’s proficient in many neurological disorders.

As a RN she worked as a charge nurse in the neuro intensive care unit as well as a critical care nurse before receiving her MSN from Florida National University. Jesus Vargas Soto, APRN is a foreign physician from Venezuela. Upon relocating to the United States, he began working in the medical field as an RN. He continued his education in the United States to earn his MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Jesus is a caring and compassionate provider who enjoys providing patients with high-quality care. He has extensive experience in the medical field and is now accepting new and established patients at The Neurology Institute.
Dr. Muhammad Ismail, MD, is a board certified and fellowship trained Neurologist with over 25 years of experience in Coral Springs, FL. Dr. Ismail completed his Medical Internship from Long Island Jewish Hospital, Albert Einstein School of Medicine, his Neurology Residency training from Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami, and his Fellowship in Neurophysiology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
