Nina Tsakadze, MD, PhD is a Board Certified Neurologist, who holds double Board Certification – in Adult Neurology from the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (ABNP) and Headache Medicine from the United Council for Neurological Subspecialties (UCNS).
Dr. Tsakadze is one of only a handful of certified headache specialists in the country. She completed Neurology Residency and Fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain at the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL. She also completed Thrombosis Vascular Training Fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN and Postdoctoral Fellowship from the American Heart Association at the University of Louisville, KY. Dr. Tsakadze has PhD in Medical Science/Biochemistry and is an Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Central Florida. During her tenure at Orlando VA she established Headache Center of Excellence. Dr. Shydohub received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Montserrat, West Indies, graduating with honors. He went on to complete clerkships in Epsom and London, England, as well as Chicago, Illinois, before completing his internship at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey.
Dr. Shydohub completed his residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. He then completed his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Dr. Wolfson received her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She conducts neuropsychological evaluation and testing as well as providing psychotherapy sessions. Dr. Wolfson is fluent speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
Dr. Hylton is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Clinical Neuropsychology. She graduated from the University of Florida with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and went on to study at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, with emphasis in Forensic Psychology. While enduring her graduate studies, she discovered a fascination with the inner workings of the brain and its overall effects. With this interest, Dr. Hylton continued to build the foundation of her training with specialization in neuropsychology, study of the brain and the nervous system’s influence on an individual’s cognition and behavior. She has broad experience in the field of psychology such as specialized psychotherapy for those suffering traumas and experience providing individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), administering psychological evaluations to children and/or parents for guardianship, as well as research. Dr. Hylton specializes in neuropsychological evaluation and testing.
Meliana Trinidad, MD, is board-certified in neurology and internal medicine. She works with patients at The Neurology Institute in Coral Springs and Sunrise, Florida. Dr. Kalirao serves as the Program Director for Neurology Residency at Westside Regional and Northwest Medical Center. She sits on multiple committees and works with multiple organizations to ensure the highest level of comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Kalirao completed her neurology residency at New York Medical College in New York and a clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota with epilepsy at Minnesota Epilepsy Group, Minnesota.

Medical College in India before going on to Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio to complete an Internal Medicine residency followed by neurology residencies at Loyola Medical Center in Chicago and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Following completion of his residencies, Dr. Pawar completed Fellowships in Vascular Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania, Endovascular Neurosurgery and Interventional Radiology at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, and Advanced Vascular Neurology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Sussel Vega Pupo, APRN began her career in medicine as an LPN before going on to receive her BSN. As a RN she worked as a charge nurse in the neuro intensive care unit as well as a critical care nurse before receiving her MSN from Florida National University. Sussel takes pride in providing the highest level of care to all patients.
