Thomas has received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), multisystemic family therapy (MST), and advanced behavioral analysis (ABA).
