Dr. Torres was born in Havana, Cuba. He entered the field of obstetrics and gynecology because of his passion for bringing life into the world. He received a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and cell science from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and graduated from medical school with honors at Ross University School of Medicine in Miramar, Florida.
Dr. Torres finished his training with the highest honors after completing an OB/GYN residency at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia.
He maintains his medical credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in obstetrics and gynecology. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Frederick R. Silfen, MD, FACOG, is committed to the pursuit of excellence in women’s health care. At Lucina Women's Health and Midwifery, located in Boca Raton, Florida, Dr. Silfen provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological care to women at all stages of life.
Dr. Silfen completed his undergraduate education at Baylor University and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital/Case Western Reserve University where he received specialized training in his areas of expertise.
Dr. Silfen is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is currently on staff at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, West Boca Medical Center, and the Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center. He is currently an Affiliate Assistant Physician at Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine, at Florida Atlantic University and has practiced in Boca Raton for the past 28 years.
Kathy Fair graduated from the University of Miami in 1994 with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and in 1995 with a Master’s in Nursing as the valedictorian of her class. Her enthusiasm and genuine care for her patients over the years has allowed her to become one of the few midwives in the state of Florida to own and manage her own practice, Midwifery Women’s Care. She is not only a revered certified midwife, but is also intimately involved in the community by providing women education on subjects such as childbirth and women’s health. Mrs. Fair has over 25 years of experience in obstetrics and general women’s care and is currently the President of the Southeast Florida chapter of the American College of Nurse Midwives and executive board member of the Florida council for ACNM. She enjoys making a difference in women’s life and helping expecting mothers bring their child into the world with the utmost excellence in care. Leading by example, Kathy encourages healthy lifestyles for her patients, enjoying healthy meals, cross-fit training and running in several marathons throughout the year; any time off is spent with her loving husband and children. Her patients consider her more than a mere health care provider as she pours herself into their care, treating them like family and seeking the utmost in her patients’ comfort and care.
Ashley has been serving women as a CNM in South Florida since 2019. Ashley began her MIdwifery career with us at Midwifery Women’s Care. Prior to working in women's health, she worked as a registered nurse in critical care for over 6 years in Boca Raton, FL, and Chattanooga, TN at a level I trauma center. Ashley completed her Master’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude from Frontier Nursing University in 2018 and holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2013. Ashley is a Board-Certified Nurse Midwife who is passionate about women and advocating for their health and unborn child(ren). As a mother of two daughters, Ashley is passionate about helping women no matter their situation. She strives to ensure all her patients receive the highest quality care where physical and emotional needs are addressed. Ashley’s hope is to provide patients with a gentle touch and kind spirit that helps women to receive the care they deserve. After some time, Dr. Rodriguez and his family decided to move to the US in 2002. He put in all his efforts to enter the OB/GYN residency program at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and later, he graduated from the program as an OB/GYN specialist in 2015.

Colette Brown-Graham, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology who provides patients with skilled and dedicated care at Complete Healthcare for Women in Wellington, Florida.
Dr. Brown-Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and earned her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami. She then relocated to Boston, where she completed her OB/GYN internship and residency at Boston City Hospital, and earned an additional Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in maternal child health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Brown-Graham has served on the faculty at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, and served on the Medical Executive Committee at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, where she was previously the Chairman of the OB/GYN department. She maintains staff positions at Wellington Regional Medical Center and Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida, and is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Brown-Graham is a member of the Palm Beach Medical Society and T LeRoy Jefferson Medical Society.
In her practice, Dr. Brown-Graham likes to stay at the forefront of advances in obstetric and gynecologic care and has extensive knowledge in the latest techniques in robotic surgery and operative hysteroscopy. Outside of her practice, she’s a passionate advocate for women’s health issues, and she spends a great deal of time working with community organizations to bring better medical care to all women. Daxa Patel, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN and a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. As part of the team at Complete Healthcare for Women in Wellington, Florida, she provides patients with excellent care with a compassionate bedside manner.
Dr. Patel earned both her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and joined Complete Healthcare for Women in 1999 after completing rigorous training in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Patel is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Florida Obstetricians and Gynecologists Society, the Palm Beach County Medical Association, the Palm Beach County Obstetricians and Gynecologists Society, and the William A. Little Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.
She also enjoys membership in the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, the Female Indian Physicians of Florida and the Palm Beach India Medical Association. She is a staff member at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida, and at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, where she has served on the Medical Executive Committee and as well as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition, she serves on the Medical Board of Governors on the Central Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
