Dr. Marsh completed her undergraduate degree in Reproductive Health at the University of California, Berkeley. She earned a master’s degree in science studying Global Medicine at the University of Southern California and her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She later trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center followed by subspecialty training in gynecologic oncology (chemotherapy, gynecologic cancer, and risk-reducing surgery) at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Marsh is passionate about identifying patients at risk for hereditary cancer. Her innovative work has been presented at multiple national conferences and published in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Marsh is skilled in complex open and minimally invasive (robotic and conventional laparoscopic) surgery. Patients of Dr. Marsh appreciate her exceptional bedside manner, her incredible attention to detail, and her commitment to shared decision-making.

With an extensive background in women’s health, Raffi Chalian, MD, FACOG, is a highly regarded and trusted OB/GYN. He welcomes new and existing patients to his private practice Raffi Chalian, M.D. in Glendale, California.

Dr. Chalian earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College in London. After relocating to New York, Dr. Chalian went through an internship at New York University Downtown Hospital. He then completed a top-rated obstetrics and gynecology residency and fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Currently, Dr. Chalian is board-certified in gynecologic oncology and obstetrics and gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He’s also a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Throughout his career, Dr. Chalian has held several prestigious leadership positions in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Chalian has held faculty appointments at some of Philadelphia’s most distinguished educational facilities, including the University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson Medical School — now Sidney Kimmel Medical College —  and Temple University. He also served as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Fluent in English, Armenian, and Greek, Dr. Chalian enjoys conversing with patients who would otherwise struggle with language barriers. He’s known for providing patient-centric care, where each decision is made in conjunction with the individual patient after discussions about various treatment plans. Patients of Dr. Chalian appreciate his excellent bedside manner and natural ability to be attentive during appointments. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time with his family and friends. Betty Daniels, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN and co-founder of Woman to Woman Ob/Gyn Medical Group with offices in San Bernardino and Rialto, California. For more than 30 years, Dr. Daniels has been providing women with the excellent medical care they need and deserve by placing herself in her patient’s shoes and treating them as she would want to be treated. 

Before completing her OB/GYN residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center in San Bernardino California, Dr. Daniels earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of California Davis School of Medicine in Davis, California. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of California.

Dr. Daniels is deeply committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care. Carla Bush is a Certified Nurse Midwife. She is a Staff Clinician here at Woman to Woman.

Carla completed her B.S. degree in Nursing at Loma Linda University, and worked as a labor and delivery nurse at St Bernardines hospital for 10 years. She obtained her Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner certification at San Jose State University. Carla then received her Midwifery Certification through Charles Drew University, and is ACNM certified. She joined Woman to Woman OB/GYN Inc. in 1998, and has gained a great deal of experience working with a diverse group of women of all stages of life.

Carla has delivered over 1200 babies into the arms of their mothers. It is her utmost privilege to be a part of this sacred time in your life. Carla will use her skills, compassion, and knowledge to support you and provide quality OB/GYN care. In her free time Carla enjoys the beach, yoga, friends, and spending time with family.
