Dr. Pascale Duroseau attended Carnegie Mellon University, where she recieved a Bachelor's of Science degree in microbiology in May 1994. She then attended New York University in New York City, New York where she earned her medical degree in 1998.
Dr. Duroseau completed her residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medicine/Greater Baltimore Medical Center program in June 2002. She graduated with the eloquatious title of "Resident Most Likely to Help a Collegue."
Dr. Duroseau has earned her board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She loves the diversity offered by the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She has particular interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology and the transition to menopause.
An interesting fact about this journey is that she attended NYU with her two twin cousins who are from Frederick, MD. The circle is now complete. She is thrilled to be practicing in her cousin's hometown. Dr. Duroseau is married and has three children.

Dr. Renee Thomas-Spencer provides obstetric and gynecology services to patients in Mount Airy and Frederick, Maryland. She is an experienced physician and a member of the staff at Capital Women’s Care.
Dr. Thomas-Spencer earned a bachelor’s of science degree in biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she graduated in 1993. Dr. Thomas-Spencer also served in the 2290th United States Army Reserves Unit during the Desert Storm War in 1991.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Dr. Thomas-Spencer went to medical school at Howard University College of Medicine, where she graduated in 1999. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine and Grady Memorial Hospital in 2003.
Dr. Thomas-Spencer’s areas of interest include laparoscopic procedures, minimally-invasive procedures, and adolescent gynecology. She’s Board Certified from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Thomas-Spencer is married and has 1 daughter. She grew up in Frederick, Maryland, and she is excited and proud to be practicing medicine in her hometown.

Pushpinder Dhillon, MD, MS, FACOG, is a triple board certified physician specializing in obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine and obesity medicine.
As a women's health and wellness specialist, anti-aging specialist, and pelvic floor expert, Dr. Dhillon provides high-quality and individualized care to all Merak Skincare & Wellness patients, serving Springfield and Fredricksburg, Virginia residents.
After graduating with honors from medical school, Dr. Dhillon completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Peters University Hospital/Drexel School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
She then pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship and Master of Science in biomedical sciences at the University Of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She received many awards, including the Best Academic Resident Award and the Arnold P. Gold Award for humanism in teaching.
During her career of almost two decades, Dr. Dhillon heard from many patients about the physical and emotional challenges faced due to changes their bodies go through with childbirth and aging.
As a proud mother of three, Dr. Dhillon has dedicated her time and expertise to helping women during pregnancy and throughout their lives so that they can embrace these changes and enjoy life to the fullest. Her passion led to the birth of Merak Skincare & Wellness.
Wellness and nutrition have always been integral to Dr. Dhillon’s personal and professional life. Weight management is a complex, challenging medical condition that requires expertise and special training. She provides this care to all her patients.
Dr. Dhillon is furthering her education through Harvard Medical School to offer additional weight management options.
In addition, Dr. Dhillon has undergone training through the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. She believes aging is a natural process that can be slowed. People should be able to age gracefully. Looking well and feeling well are interrelated.

She works closely with obstetricians and other specialists for the management of complicated medical disorders of high-risk pregnancy.
In her free time, Dr. Dhillon enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
