Andrew Prince, MD, is an American Academy of Ophthalmology-certified ophthalmologist serving the residents of Manhattan's Upper East Side and Oradell, New Jersey, from his practice, Andrew M. As a glaucoma and anterior segment surgeon, he medically and surgically treats young adult and adult patients with all forms of glaucoma, cataracts, and other anterior segment diseases. Anaïs Carniciu, M.D. is a board-certified, ASOPRS-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon. Dr. Carniciu’s area of expertise focuses exclusively on plastic surgery of the face, with special attention to the delicate tissues surrounding the eyes. Using a natural approach, Dr. Carniciu is passionate about improving her patient’s quality of life and confidence through cosmetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgery.
Dr. Carniciu graduated from Dartmouth College cum laude with undergraduate studies in biology and moral philosophy. A native of Westchester, she returned to New York to earn her medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Carniciu then completed her residency training in ophthalmic surgery at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident.
Following residency, Dr. Carniciu was one of 25 surgeons selected for a highly prestigious 2-year fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery, sponsored by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).
