Dr. Tseng graduated with honors from Stanford University in Stanford, California, with a bachelor’s degree in human biology. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Tseng earned his medical degree Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City.
After a medical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Tseng began his ophthalmology training with a residency at Columbia University Medical Center.
