Dr. Hedaya served as Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmic Surgery at the New York University Medical Center. He also was a certified supervisor for the LADARVision excimer laser. He specializes in non-incision laser vision correction, called PRK, on the leading-edge German engineered Allegretto Wave Eye-Q laser system. Dr. Hedaya enjoys teaching the nuance of laser vision correction as well as the LenSx cataract laser to other surgeons.
It is his nature to be intellectually inquisitive, and he is well regarded in the ophthalmic industry. He participates in many web seminars and meetings around the world. His most recent publication focused on how to optimize surgical results.
With over 30 years of growing surgical experience, Dr. Hedaya has developed a strong track record of excellent results with extremely low complication rates. He is among the most experienced cataract and laser vision correction specialists on the Jersey Shore. Our office databases the surgical results and they are outstanding. Dr. Hedaya resides on the shore, loves being married, and has four dynamic children. Dr. Marc von Roemer, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, who earned his medical degree at New Jersey Medical School. After graduating medical school with honors and at the top of his class, Dr. von Roemer completed his residency training at Stony Brook University in New York, where he was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Chaudhry completed her ophthalmology training at the Temple University and Lewis Katz School of Medicine's Department of Ophthalmology, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the first person to complete the pediatric fellowship at the Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital in association with Wills Eye Hospital and Jefferson Medical School in Wilmington, Delaware.

Anastasia Perry, O.D. is a board-certified optometrist with a special interest in ocular disease, including glaucoma and dry eye. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry from Villanova University and went on to graduate with clinical honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Perry completed multiple clinical externships, including the Philadelphia VA Medical Center and the Eye Institute of Philadelphia, where she was 1 of 3 students selected to train in the Neuro-Ophthalmic Disease specialty service.
She was recognized with Honors in patient care at all of her training sites. While in optometry school, she was the Vice President of the National Optometric Student Association, a club that focused on community outreach and volunteer work. She is very passionate about making long-term connections with her patients, advocating for her patients and their needs, and providing only the highest level of care.
She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Patricia Martinez Lehmann MD, is a board-eligible comprehensive ophthalmologist and eye surgeon treating patients throughout Hatboro, North Wales and Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Dr Martinez is originally from Spain. She trained as an ophthalmologist in Barcelona (Spain) and worked there in comprehensive eye care for 10 years before moving to the US in 2010 for family reasons. She loved and missed her profession so much that in order to return to the clinical practice here in America she completed a one year glaucoma research fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital and 4 years of another ophthalmology residency at Drexel University / Hahnemann Hospital (Philadelphia) and West Virginia University Eye Institute ( Morgantown). Dr Martinez areas of expertise include cataract surgery, management of glaucoma and dry eye disease. Dr Martinez speaks English and Spanish.

Francis J. Clark, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist & eye surgeon at the Hatboro, North Wales, Trappe, Bethlehem, and Levittown, Pennsylvania, offices of Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons, PC. He has been providing patients with individualized, compassionate care for more than 30 years and takes pride in his continuity of care for each patient, both before and after surgery.
A magna cum laude graduate of the prestigious St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Dr. Clark attended on a presidential scholarship. While a student at Jefferson Medical College, he received high honors in ophthalmology from Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia and later completed his ophthalmology training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

John Negrey, founding partner of Negrey Eye Associates, grew up in Havertown, son of a family practitioner.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Negrey attended the Wharton Graduate School of Business but decided to change careers and become a physician. He received a Masters Degree in Microbiology at the University of Pennsylvania and taught high school science before entering Temple University’s School of Medicine.
Dr. Negrey interned at Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, then completed his military service before entering Wills Eye Hospital for his residency and fellowship in ocular plastic surgery. Before retiring from the teaching staff at both Wills Eye Hospital and Jefferson University, he had risen academically to an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology. He established, also, two primary care ophthalmology offices in Havertown and Media. Dr. Negrey is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, Past President of Philadelphia Ophthalmology Club, Delaware Valley Ophthalmologic Society, and Former Chief of Ophthalmology at Delaware County Memorial Hospital.
His special interest is glaucoma. He consults in all areas of ophthalmology utilizing his vast experience to provide opinions and solutions for patients with ocular problems.
Dr. Negrey’s special interests outside of ophthalmology are participating in the development of his eight grandchildren, travel, and an occasional round of golf.
