“Dr. Howard is an excellent doctor and fine diagnostician. He walked me carefully through my scan images and explained the break and what it meant. The staff, however, were often unfriendly, judgy-seeming; after the diagnosis of a broken hip—serious!—it blew my mind that Somers Orthopedic did not help me find and schedule an urgently needed MRI.”
