Marc Menkowitz, MD, is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon who specializes in the operative and nonoperative treatment of adult and pediatric spinal disorders. Dr. Menkowitz started his education at The Hill School, a prestigious secondary boarding school in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Crivello was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, but grew up on Long Island, New York. He attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and a minor in chemistry.
