Dr Granger is is an Army veteran who was honorably discharged in 1988. Dr Granger was born in Washington , D.C. and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University in 1992. His practice was one of the three centers in Florida that were honored with this distinction.

Dr. Groysman completed his medical school training at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey. He finished his internship training in family medicine. He was then attracted to anesthesiology after witnessing pain relief of an epidural for his wife during her labor. He enrolled in an anesthesiology residency at Robert Wood Johnson University hospital in New Brunswick New Jersey. He rotated thru pain management and interventional pain management while in residency and has been treating pain ever since. He moved to Plano Texas with his family in 2008. While working in anesthesia, he spearheaded an extensive regional anesthesia and nerve block program utilizing ultrasound guidance in Cleburne, Texas. Gonzalo Gonzales, Jr., DO is a board-certified and fellowship-trained interventional pain physician and physiatrist at Texas Star Pain & Spine.in Plano, Texas.

Dr. Gonzales completed his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He went on to complete his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, where he also served as chief resident.

Following his residency training, Dr. Gonzales completed an ACGME-accredited pain fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta. He now specializes in pain management for a variety of health conditions, including sciatica, joint pain, back and neck pain, chronic headaches and migraines, as well as herniated discs and fibromyalgia. Dr. Gonzales also offers pain management solutions for challenging conditions like complex regional pain syndrome and failed back surgery syndrome.

Hassan Majeed, MD, is both a psychiatrist and interventional pain management physician. He completed his adult psychiatry residency at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, followed by training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, NY. While practicing psychiatry and addiction medicine in Connecticut, he observed that many of his patients suffered from chronic pain. This led him to an interventional pain fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Hospital. Dr. Majeed is board certified in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, addiction medicine, and pain medicine. Dr. Majeed believes that a person’s emotional, physical, and social well-being are interrelated. He combines the best application of medications, psychological approaches—including cognitive behavioral therapy and meditation—and physical interventions (injections and minimally invasive surgeries) that will enable his patients to achieve long-term health and well-being.
