Elizabeth J. Feuille, MD, a native of Los Angeles, received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Princeton University and her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed both her residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. During her time at Mount Sinai, she received the Kurt Hirschhorn Clinician Scientist Award and was granted funding for an additional research year in food allergy and anaphylaxis by the Louis and Rachel Rudin Foundation. Upon completion of her training, Dr. Feuille joined Weill Cornell's pediatric department as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, where she was honored with the Award for Excellence in Research Mentorship from the Pediatric Residency Oversight Committee in 2019. Since returning to Los Angeles in 2021, she joined Century City Allergy to pursue her passion for patient care. She has been recognized by her peers as Super Doctor Rising Star for the years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Dr. Noosha Shaheedy is a board-certified pediatrician who serves residents in the Century City and Los Angeles, California, areas. Dr. Sanny Chan of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Medical group in Santa Monica, CA is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics as well. Dr. Chan’s goal is to provide personalized care for his patients, both children and adults, with an emphasis on sharing the knowledge needed to manage complex medical conditions. Being diagnosed with severe food allergies and/or immune deficiencies can be very stressful for patients and their families and Dr. Chan strives to improve their quality of life by helping families manage and cope with these conditions.

Dr. Chan grew up in Southern California but had the fortune to train and work nationally.  He received his Ph.D. in Cell and Neurobiology from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine where he worked to solve the molecular pathway of how we see. He finished his M.D. at UC, Davis and completed his pediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.  He finished his subspecialty training in Allergy and Immunology under the Chairmanship of Dr. William Shearer and Dr. Jordan Orange at Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine.  He stayed on for a post-doctoral year with Dr. Orange to define the basis of why mutations at different locations of the same gene can cause differences in the specific immune deficiency disease called Griscelli Syndrome.

In 2014, Dr. Chan joined the Pediatric Allergy and Immunology faculty as Assistant Professor at National Jewish Health. He was also Assistant Professor in the department of Biomedical Research working on understanding how the immune system causes allergic reactions to pets and foods, as well as teaching residents and fellows how to care for patients.  Over the years, he has published numerous scientific articles in the basic sciences and in the clinical management of immune deficiency and allergic diseases.

Dr. Judith Lau is thrilled to be the newest member of the Sierra Pacific Pediatrics Family. She is currently taking new patients at both our Fontana and Eastvale locations. Although she is Canadian by birth, Dr. Lau grew up in Temple City, California and attended the University of California, Irvine where she majored in biological sciences. She subsequently found her way back to winter seasons and more than 100 inches of snow per year when she studied at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.

After graduating from medical school, Dr. Lau completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit from 2016 to 2019. In addition, she served a one year term as Chief Resident of her training program before joining Sierra Pacific Pediatrics in July of 2020. From well-child appointments to sick visits and everything in between, Dr. Lau’s passion for taking care of children shines through in her interactions with patients and families. She strives to be thorough and understanding to the needs of each child that comes through our doors. For annual physicals, Dr. Lau has a habit of asking her school-aged patients: “what do you want to be when you grow up?”. Dr. Chang grew up in North Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he received his MD in 1997 from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas-Houston medical school in 2000.

Dr. Chang practiced in the state of Texas for five years before moving to California, where he opened Sierra Pacific Pediatric Associates. In addition to being board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Chang is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Rebecca Raoof, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in cosmetic and general dermatology. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 3 states: California, New York and New Jersey. Rebecca’s clinical expertise is focused on acne, acne scars, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, skin cancer screening, chemical peels, Botox, fillers, lasers, microneedling, PRP and performing excisions for cysts and skin cancer. Steven C Shoham M.D., F.A.A.P. Is a board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics who specializes in caring for newborns through young adults as well as their families. In 1989, Dr. Shoham established his private practice, Shoham Medical Group in Granada Hills, California. With over 30 years of experience in providing pediatric care, he offers knowledgeable, compassionate care alongside his team of physicians and staff. 

Dr. Shoham attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and by 1978 had completed a Bachelor of Science in biology, a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, and a Master of Science in microbiology. Zacharia Reda, M.D., is board certified in pediatric medicine and pediatric critical care. He served his residency at LAC/ University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles.
