Board-certified in both pediatrics and cardiology, Jodie Gandy, MD, is well-loved by her peers and patients alike. Dr. Gandy attended Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada, for her undergraduate studies, completing her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. She then attended medical school at the University of Ottawa School of Medicine in Ottawa, Ontario, graduating magna cum laude. Following medical school, Dr. Gandy completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in Los Angeles, California.
In addition to her work with Children’s Cardiology Group, Dr. Gandy serves as the director of both outpatient cardiology and California Children’s Services at Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

Dr. Sushil Anand of Sunshine Pediatrics in Ontario and Upland, California, has over 15 years experience caring for children as a specialist in pediatric medicine. Sang Lee, MD, is a talented Pediatric Surgeon at California Pediatric Surgical Group in Santa Maria, Thousand Oaks, Santa Barbara, and two Ventura, California, offices. He has practiced as a Pediatric Surgeon for all of his professional career, though he’s certified in both Pediatric General/Thoracic Surgery and adult General Surgery. His areas of expertise include pediatric surgical oncology, advanced minimally invasive surgery, and neonatal surgery.
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
He completed all of his surgical training at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, with an internship and residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a research fellowship and Pediatric Surgery fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital.
After completing his training, Dr. Lee joined the faculty at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Pediatric Surgery. He also held numerous local titles, including physician service leader for Pediatric Surgery, inpatient medical director of the North Carolina Children’s Hospital surgical floor, and the director of the surgical skills program in the General Surgery residency.
Dr. Lee served on a number of national committees, as well, including the Rare Tumors committee in the Children’s Oncology Group, the Education and Program committees of the Surgical Section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Industry Advisory committee of the American Pediatric Surgical Association. He’s also published over 30 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals on topics ranging from Pediatric Surgery to basic science in surgical nutrition.

Dr. Judith Lau is thrilled to be the newest member of the Sierra Pacific Pediatrics Family. She is currently taking new patients at both our Fontana and Eastvale locations. Although she is Canadian by birth, Dr. Lau grew up in Temple City, California and attended the University of California, Irvine where she majored in biological sciences. She subsequently found her way back to winter seasons and more than 100 inches of snow per year when she studied at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Lau completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit from 2016 to 2019. In addition, she served a one year term as Chief Resident of her training program before joining Sierra Pacific Pediatrics in July of 2020. From well-child appointments to sick visits and everything in between, Dr. Lau’s passion for taking care of children shines through in her interactions with patients and families. She strives to be thorough and understanding to the needs of each child that comes through our doors. For annual physicals, Dr. Lau has a habit of asking her school-aged patients: “what do you want to be when you grow up?”. Whether it be an astronaut, ballerina, police officer, or an inventor of gadgets, etc. she’s always delighted to hear about each dream and aspiration. Dr. Richard Chang is a board-certified pediatrician treating patients in Fontana and Eastvale, California. He is currently welcoming new patients at Sierra Pacific Pediatric Associates.
Dr. Chang grew up in North Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he received his MD in 1997 from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas-Houston medical school in 2000.
Dr. Chang practiced in the state of Texas for five years before moving to California, where he opened Sierra Pacific Pediatric Associates. In addition to being board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Chang is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a testament to his medical knowledge, he served as Chair of Pediatrics at San Antonio Regional Hospital and continues on the Pediatrics Committee.

Dr. Patrick Atis is a dedicated and compassionate pediatrician who is excited to provide pediatric care at Miracle Mile Pediatrics for the months of May and June. Born and raised in New Jersey, he spent most of his life and academic career on the East Coast.
Taking his undergraduate in psychology from The University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, he relocated his life to Los Angeles to complete his internship and residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and has a wealth of experience in providing top-notch care to children of all ages and all levels of medical complexity.

Dr. Monica Asnani is a skilled, caring pediatrician providing the highest quality care for children in and around the Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA, at her practice Miracle Mile Pediatrics. Marta Atalla, MD, is a doctor of internal medicine at Atalla Medical Group in San Fernando, California. With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Atalla provides a comfortable environment for patients to receive the quality health care they deserve.
Dr. Atalla received her medical degree from the Medical University of Warsaw in Warsaw, Poland. Shortly after, she completed an internal medicine and family practice internship with the Military Medical Academy in Warsaw.

Dr. Charles Song brings extensive medical experience to his practice, Song Institute of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology in Manhattan Beach, California. He specializes in the complex diagnosis and treatment of allergies, while focusing on each individual and taking care to provide comprehensive care that improves their quality of life.
After receiving his medical degree from Northwestern Medical School, Dr. Song completed his residency at the University of Southern California, County Medical Center. From there he went on to finish his fellowship in allergy and immunology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Song is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
