Board-certified in Pain Management and in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Roh received his medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Across the city’s river, he went on to study internal medicine with an internship at Hahnemann University Hospital.
Dr. Roh then attended one of the nation’s leading physical medicine and rehabilitation programs at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he completed his residency. While there, he studied extensively at the Institute for Rehabilitation and Research.
Embodying the philosophy and mission of Orthopedic & Wellness, Dr. Roh treats every patient with compassion. Dr. Roh is especially interested in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pain management. Dr. Tsuji trained at the University of Hawaii, Hilo, and University of Hawaii, Manoa campuses where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, and Master’s in Biochemistry.
He moved from the tropics to the cold of Illinois where he received his Doctorate of Medicine at the Chicago Medical School. Longing for warmer climates, he entered the Naval Service and was stationed at San Diego Medical Center for his surgical internship. In the Navy, Lieutenant Commander Tsuji was the Medical Officer on USS Acadia, Senior Medical Officer on USS Fort McHenry, and the Head of Sports Medicine at Navy Boot Camp back in North Chicago.
After leaving the Navy he finished a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Sinai & Johns Hopkins before returning to milder climates. On the Big Island of Hawaii he completed an Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Tsuji is Board Certified in Pain Medicine.

Stephanie Clop, MD, is a board-certified physiatrist focusing on physical medicine and rehabilitation at Integrated Spine and Pain Services in Falls Church and Alexandria, Virginia. Dr. Clop dedicates her practice to state-of-the-art treatments of acute and chronic pain.
Dr. Clop graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology and a minor in biology and chemistry at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. Dr. Thakral is a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Medicine physician who is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He is joining the team at the International Spine, Pain & Performance Center, and will be treating patients in both our Washington DC and Arlington Virginia locations.
Dr. Thakral was born and raised locally in northern Virginia. He earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), where he then completed a General Surgery internship before moving to New Jersey for his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at Rutgers RWJMS - Hackensack Meridian JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute. During his final year of residency, Dr. Thakral was elected Academic Chief Resident. He completed an additional one year of training in an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute.
Dr. Thakral specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal injuries. He is passionate about using a comprehensive approach in treating his patients' pain. In addition to utilizing conservative measures such as personalized exercise and therapy programs, Dr. Thakral performs a variety of fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures, including to the back, neck, joints, and soft tissues. Elysha Dinh, MD, is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management. She treats acute and long-standing pain problems at the International Spine Pain & Performance Center with offices in Washington, D.C., and Arlington, Virginia.
Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Dr. Dinh received her medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed her residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in interventional pain at Virginia Commonwealth University Health in Richmond, Virginia.
Dr. Dinh explored her passion for medicine and service through research at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and other volunteer opportunities in the community.
Through her work at both the academic hospital center and the local veteran's hospital, she gained experience in the wide variety of treatments available for chronic pain and cared for a diverse cohort of patients.
At the International Spine Pain & Performance Center, Dr. Dinh provides individualized, multimodal care to patients suffering from chronic pain. She is dedicated to helping her patients live pain-free lives.
When she isn’t working, Dr. Dinh enjoys shucking oysters professionally, cooking, and meal prepping.
