Alexander Gimpelevich, DO, is a board-certified physiatrist at Igor Rubinshteyn, MD, in the Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn and Rego Park, New York. Vincent R. Carlesi, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist with a sub-specialty board certification in pain management. Dr. Carlesi is on the staff at Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group, which has four New York locations in Carmel, Newburgh, Mount Kisco, and Fishkill, with another in Danbury, Connecticut. Dr. Carlesi graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Stamford Hospital.
