As a Texas Native, Dr. Shaw's primary focus is improving quality of life through a multidisciplinary holistic approach to the practice of medicine and the application of interventional treatment for the management of pain and related disorders, including a degenerative disease of the spine, post-operative spine pain, arthritis, spinal cord injury, and various neurological disorders. Paul Chang, MD, is a board-certified pain management specialist with an additional certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Since 2013, he has served chronic pain patients at Pain Care, LLC,  located in Stockbridge, Lawrenceville, Newnan & Johns Creek, GA.

Dr. Chang attended medical school at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of California, Irvine. He later completed an additional pain management fellowship at Loma Linda University.

Following this, he pursued residency training in Anesthesia at the University of Florida, where he served as Chief Resident. Allen Hord, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist at two Alliance Spine & Pain locations in Atlanta and Sandy Springs, Georgia. As the medical director, Dr. Hord holds a wealth of experience in interventional pain techniques, providing pain management services for over 30 years. 

Dr. Hord has been practicing medicine, teaching, and researching for over 16 years. He has dedicated his professional life to advancing the field of pain medicine as well as developing the skills of future professionals.
