Ashot Kotcharian, MD, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician and interventional pain management specialist at 360 Orthopedics in Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
Dr. Kotcharian earned his Bachelor of Science in bio-chemistry and molecular biology at Nebraska Wesleyan University. He then earned his medical degree at the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Ohio. He completed both his internship and residency in PM&R at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before completing an interventional spine and sports medicine fellowship at the same institution.
Dr. Kotcharian previously served a most distinguished career in medicine as Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and as Assistant Fellowship Director of the Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Fellowship, both at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
