Renee received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from St. Francis College and her Master’s degree in Physical therapy from St. Francis University. 

Renee is a certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist. She also holds a certificate in concussion management, fall prevention, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, and in rehabilitation for hip and knee joint replacements.

Renee has worked as a home care physical therapist.  Since her successful launch and development of Pursue in 2016, Renee has returned to her passion of helping people get back to what they enjoy doing in an outpatient physical therapy facility.

Renee’s passion is rooted in her belief that care should be personal. She enjoys getting to know her patients and using her training to help them get back to what they love as quickly and safely as possible. She finds that developing a personal connection empowers patients to be active participants in their own care, and ultimately helps patients reach their goals and find success in their treatment.

Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. At his practice, the Princeton Pain and Spine Institute, located in Lawrenceville and Edgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Yanamadula helps his patients from throughout Mercer County to find relief from the pain associated with accident related injury, shingles, migraines, issues with the spine, neck, back, and other joints.

He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.

He furthered his education to pursue a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.

Dr. Yanamadula’s multidisciplinary approach caters to each individual in the treatment of acute and chronic pain.  He has successfully treated thousands of patients, ridding them of their pain, without having to resort to surgery. Dr. Yanamadula’s special interests are in the area of low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and in the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain.

Many different modalities are utilized at Princeton Pain and Spine Institute ranging from medication utilization to optimize pain relief, to implementing a physical therapy program tailored to the individual's condition and if those modalities are not effective than minimally invasive procedures may be used. If these treatments are not effective, Dr. Yanamadula will then make every effort to guide you in the right direction for further care.

In his previous practice, Dr. Yanamadula developed a ‘Center of Excellence’ – such that his commitment to patient care and excellence in his craft as the reason that he was selected by St. Jude Medical, Neuromodulation Division, to train physicians from around the country in neuromodulation techniques. His practice was one of the three centers in Florida that were honored with this distinction.

Alena Polesin, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician), and also specializes in sport and pain medicine. She is proud to serve patients at New Jersey Pain Management, with offices in Morristown, and Rockaway.

After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian – The University Hospital of Columbia & Cornell, serving as a Chief Resident.  After extensive post residency training and clinical experiences in musculoskeletal medicine, she became Director of Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at New Jersey Pain Management -The Spine, Sports and Pain Medicine Center. She is currently on staff at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine – Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health System.  Dr. Polesin is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine. Dr. Polesin specializes in helping individuals recover from acute and chronic injuries. Dr. Rodriguez is the President of Dynamic Injury Solutions LLC. His focus is the diagnosis and improvement of physical and physiological conditions that affect form and function of the human body. He is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Quality Assurance and Utilization Review, and Independent Medical Examination. Dr. Rodriguez graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He double-majored in Biophysics and Natural Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry. Thereafter, he graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1985, where he assisted in many operations, particularly of the hands, large articulating joints, and the cardiovascular system. Through his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), which he completed in 1989, he focused on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions.

Following his residency, Dr. Rodriguez started his private practice. He also served as Assistant Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Director of Physical Medicine Services for the Skilled Nursing Facility of the Presbyterian Medical Center for five years, while also serving as Associate Clinical Professor within the Department of Internal Medicine of the HUP system for five years.

In addition, Dr. Rodriguez served as Medical Director of the Acupuncture Drug Detoxification Research Program of Philadelphia for one year, founder and elected Chairman of the North Philadelphia Health System’s first Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for three years, and taught podiatry residents from the Podiatry College of Philadelphia. During that time he held admitting and consulting privileges at six Philadelphia area hospitals.

In 1997, Dr. Rodriguez began to devote his time to private office practice. He has kept his focus on patients, science, and technology by adding MRI, Ultrasound, Lasers, and autologous stem cell treatment services. At present, he heads a medical company of 80 employees and 15 health profession licensed healthcare providers with eleven locations in Philadelphia and four surrounding counties. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the Pennsylvania Pain Society, the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, Physicians for Patients’ Rights, and Jurispro.

Dr. Rodriguez has continued to add to his base of knowledge, completing a Graduate Management Program through the Aresty Institute of Executive Education of the Wharton School in 2017. In addition to improving himself, he has enjoyed collaborating with and advising young students from his alma mater as an advisor for the PENN Biotech Group including Penn Health-Tech and Pennovation.
