She has completed advance training in manual therapy with the International Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (IAOM-US) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Dr. Jonely retired her status as a certified athletic trainer, however in the past, she had numerous opportunities working with athletes at many levels of competition. She teaches course content in her areas of expertise including Management of Musculoskeletal Dysfunction I/II, and Women’s Health. Her research interests are focused on orthopedic practice management outcomes including collaborative medicine. Dr. Jonely is an active member of the APTA, AAOMPT, IAOM-US and also volunteers her clinical expertise at the Pro Bono Physical Therapy Clinic, Little Sisters of the Sacred Heart in Washington, D.C..

Susmita Koppella, DPT, is a physical therapist at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sterling, Virginia. Dr. Koppella joined the practice family in 2017 and has since been working with patients in all areas of orthopaedics.
Dr. Koppella attended the NTR University of Health Sciences in India for her undergraduate education, graduating in 2012. She then moved to Winchester, Virginia, and completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy (DPT) at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, in 2021.
At Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness, Dr. Koppella specializes in diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries as well as post-surgery patients who have received shoulder, spine, hip, knee, or ankle surgery.
Dr. Koppella has advanced training in dry needling techniques that many patients have benefitted from. Her goal with treatment is to help her patients with their unique healing processes, combining manual techniques with personalized exercises and patient education to fully help them thrive and function in their daily lives.
Roshan Patel, DPT, is a physical therapist at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sterling, Virginia. Roshan joined the practice family in 2016.
He completed his undergraduate studies in biology and psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. He continued his post-graduate education by attending Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, to complete a clinical doctoral degree in physical therapy.
Roshan specializes in working with patients diagnosed with general orthopaedic conditions related to the shoulder, spine, elbow, knee, hip, and ankle.
He also works with several post-surgical patients who have undergone surgeries, such as total joint replacement (hip, knee, and shoulder), ACL and meniscal repair, rotator cuff repair, biceps tenodesis, Achilles tendon repair, ankle ORIF surgeries, laminectomy and discectomy, and cervical and lumbar fusion surgeries.
Roshan uses many treatment interventions, including therapeutic modalities and exercise, neuromuscular education, and manual therapy techniques like joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, manual traction, and muscle energy techniques.
He is passionate and empathizes with his patient’s needs, focusing on improving their overall functional status.
In addition to his work at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness, Roshan teaches a general fitness class at a senior center on a volunteer basis. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, swimming, and basketball.
Eleni Russow, DPT, is a physical therapist at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sterling, Virginia. Eleni joined the family practice in 2020. She provides high-quality, whole-person, individualized care to all of her patients.
In 2017, Eleni received her Bachelor of Science in exercise science from James Madison University (JMU) in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, in 2020.
Eleni specializes in working with patients with a large variety of orthopaedic injuries and conditions, including those related to the spine, shoulder, knee, and hip.
She is certified in Dry Needling level 1 and enjoys using this technique when needed to optimize a patient’s recovery. She is passionate about treating her patients as whole people and targeting their functional goals.

Caroline Lee, MPT, is a physical therapist at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sterling, Virginia. Caroline joined the practice family in 2007. She provides all her patients with whole-body, patient-centered, individualized, high-quality care.
In 1991 she received her Bachelor of Arts in business and economics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, before obtaining her Master of Science physical therapy from Columbia University in New York City, New York.
Caroline specializes in treating all types of orthopaedic conditions, specifically spine and pelvic problems and injuries. She also treats sports injuries involving the knee, shoulder, ankle, and hip.
She brings over 16 years of experience in general orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and outpatient services through her previous employment and education.
In addition to her work at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness, Caroline enjoys playing and coaching numerous sports. She is currently a coach for the Sterling Youth Soccer Association and Algonkian Tribe Lacrosse Club.
Dianne Husick, MPT, is a master of physical therapy at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sterling, Virginia. Dianne joined the practice family in 2012 and has provided orthopaedic care for over 16 years.
Dianne attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, for her undergraduate and post-graduate studies. She then went on to complete her master’s degree in physical therapy at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1995.
At Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness, she specializes in helping patients with sports injuries, such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, Achilles tendon pain, and rotator cuff injuries.
She uses manual therapy techniques, such as therapeutic exercises and patient education, to enhance patients’ healing outcomes. Dianne’s goal is to help patients return to their pre-injury state and daily living with ease.
In addition to helping patients with their orthopaedic concerns, Dianne brings her experience as a sales director in cosmetics to ensure patients feel their best inside and out.
Maude Bertovich, DPT, is a physical therapist at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sterling, Virginia. Maude joined the practice family in 2012 and has since been helping patients find the relief they need to improve their quality of life.
Maude attended Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating in 1998 with her master’s degree in physical therapy. Following her graduate studies, she completed her doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) in 2015.
At Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness, Maude specializes in treating all orthopaedic conditions using manual therapy methods like therapeutic exercises and advanced techniques, such as functional dry needling. She works with complex patients with spinal injuries, joint replacements, and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions.
Maude is also an expert in sports medicine, providing care for athletes and active individuals who have been injured while playing their favorite sports. She has 20 years of experience in sports injuries.
Her ultimate goal is to help patients learn how to manage their conditions and improve their function and well-being. Maude loves staying active and enjoys it when patients are finally able to regain their mobility and independence.
Jenna Bythrow is a leading physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She specializes in services including Pilates-based physical therapy, prenatal and post-natal therapies, and treatments for lower back pain and women’s health concerns.
She holds her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The George Washington University and her Master's degree in Physiology and Complementary and Alternative Medicine from Georgetown. Jenna currently serves as adjunct faculty for the Marymount University Doctor of Physical Therapy program and is a member of the Orthopedics sections and Performing Arts Special Interest Group of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has also been the Mind Body Director of a Baltimore-based Wellness Spa and has been working with private clients of all ages and abilities since 2001.
Jenna has over 12 years of experience in the health and wellness field as a Physical Therapist licensed in Virginia, a Pilates instructor certified through BASI Pilates, a Yoga Instructor certified through Integrative Yoga Therapy, and a Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise. She combines hands-on manual therapy techniques including Maitland Australian Manual Therapy, muscle energy techniques, and myofascial release, with a blend of yoga, Pilates, and functional exercise to treat her clients. She has special interests in orthopedics, performing arts medicine, pre/post-natal women’s health, and wellness. As a former athlete and performing artist, Jenna has seen the benefits of Physical Therapy in her own life and believes in empowering her clients to be their best and most active self.

Stacey Stuart provides a variety of physical therapy services to adult and youth patients at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She specializes in pediatric physical therapy services, developmental delays, and the diagnosis and treatment of Torticollis, or wry neck. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the best possible overall health.
She is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She received a scholarship to play Division I Field Hockey at Duke University and graduated in 2004 with a major in Environmental Science and Policy. After several knee surgeries and a few years working as a government consultant, Stacey decided to make a change and headed back to school to study physical therapy. She graduated from George Washington University in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at GW, she discovered her love of treating the pediatric population during an internship at Georgetown University Hospital.
Stacey specializes in working with children with Torticollis, developmental delay, CP, hypotonia, Spina Bifida, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, and a variety of rare syndromes. Her treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, NDT, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and patient/parent education. When Stacey is not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons. She also enjoys staying active and heading back to the beach as often as possible.
