The process was smooth and comfortable from start to finish, and the staff was equally attentive and professional. I felt confident and well cared for throughout. I also appreciated that the Anesthologist, Dr. Jayne (spelled phonetically), and Dr. Farooq took the time from their busy schedules to introduce themselves. I'm "sorry" that my PREP was poor.
