I'm reminded of previous visits with other drs where the dr rushed in, checked their boxes, and asked "Any questions" while their hand was on the door and body leaning out of the room. Not so with Dr Cas.
The entire office attitude made me feel peaceful, unrushed, and confident my concerns were important to them. Read less
