The entire staff and Dr. Cas made me feel important, peaceful, and comfortable. 5 Stars added because the Dr nor the nurse made me feel rushed. I'm reminded of previous visits with other drs where the dr rushed in, checked Show moretheir boxes, and asked "Any questions" while their hand was on the door and body leaning out of the room. Not so with Dr Cas. The entire office attitude made me feel peaceful, unrushed, and confident my concerns were important to them.

On arriving , I was met with an extremely courteous person. I was in the exam room on my scheduled time. Everything that needed to be discussed was and I was on my way. The nurse that was in the exam room was very professional. I would recommend Dr Cas to everyone

Dr. Santana has been a refreshing break when it comes to a Doctors visit. I learn more, understand better and feel better after changing Doctor's.
At first, I was uncertain about the recommendations Dr. Cas offered for my lower back pain and RA treatment. I continued to listen to my other doctors and I was not getting better. One month ago, Dr Cas expressed that I could not get better by straddling the fence and I had to make a choice! So I made a choice and followed Dr Cas’s suggestions to a T. I have not felt this good and totally pain free in over 10 years! We still have work to do but this Dr is amazingly talented and cares!
I’m thankful for Amy being so helpful to me, for working out the portal. The time she took time and she set the example of the professional staff they have in the office.
