She never told me what my next steps to healing should be, but she gave me tools, strategies, and safe space to figure that out for myself. Now, as I continue healing, she has provided the support I need to keep moving forward. I'm grateful for her help in getting to where I'm at and feel more and more confident about where I have still to go.
