The staff went above and beyond for my procedure. They spent several days attempting to contact the eye specialist doctor’s office to set up the completion of my procedure. They even tried attempting them after office hours and on the weekend and even the morning of my appointment. The Ocular office had left me a message prior to all these phone calls saying they had cancelled my procedure. Dr. Sandwich’s office, staff, and Dr. Sandwich explained to me the morning of my procedure what the options were. I had already secured time off from work for my recovery time and did not want to reschedule the appointment. We went ahead with the procedure and everything went well. I feel that Dr. Sandwich and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me in this situation. Read less
