At Generations Family Practice, the team of family medicine providers offers complete health care to people of all ages living in Cary, North Carolina, and throughout Wake County.
Generations Family Practice is conveniently located and provides high-quality medical care for the entire family. The staff features three family medicine providers trained in osteopathy who regularly perform osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) in addition to complete primary care.
The team at Generations Family Practice takes a comprehensive approach to primary care. The focus on quality, value, and cutting-edge technology ensures individuals have access to the treatment they need, exactly when it’s needed.
Adults can access an array of health services, including men’s health, women’s health, medically supervised weight loss, chronic disease management, annual physical exams, and preventive medicine.
The team also provides chronic care management (CCM), including care coodination and health coaching for anxiety and depression, back pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more!
Children and teens can access various pediatric services, including school physicals, immunizations, in-office X-rays, and same-day appointments.
At Generations Family Practice, the team makes time to understand each individual’s symptoms and concerns. Then, the providers use their knowledge and expertise to develop care plans that result in optimal health and vitality.

Dr. G is a very professional. He’s never too busy to completely explain any concern you may have. His explanations are always easy to understand and follow. He’s very interested in each patient. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren are all patients at Generations Family Practice! Fits the name perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff.
