My appointment went great. I did have an issue. Maybe a policy change could be made. I am in health care as well. Before our patients come in, we verify insurance, days in advance. We call patients if there are any issues, so we Show morehopefully don’t have to cancel appointment day of. I realize that not everyone does things the same and my expectations may not always be the way things are done. I was told I should have been there 10-15 minutes before appointment for my daughter to fix issues like this. I was not, I had to work late, but arrived at appointment time. Insurance was checked then and came up ineligible. 10-15 minutes would not have been enough time to clear up issue. My daughter’s appointment was cancelled. I scheduled both of ours on same day to save time.
As soon as I walked in I got a warm calm nice feeling The ladies in the front made me feel like part of a family Very sweet helpful patient informative I didn't have to wait long and the gentleman that took my weight and added eveShow morerything in to the computer was extremely nice and asked me multiple times if I was ok (just had surgery a few days before) Then I got to meet Ruby and I knew I had finally found "my 4ever family practitioner" Her smile made me feel warm inside She was informative helpful respectful and she took time and made me feel like I was her only patient I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions and gave me advice I would recommend this office to EVERYBODY 5 stars
Sarah Green, PA-C, is a native North Carolinian, originally from Charlotte. She works as a physician's assistant serving patients at Generations Family Practice located in Cary, North Carolina.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Montreat College in Black Mountain, North Carolina. She then earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina.
Sarah has always been interested in medicine, particularly family medicine, because she gets to apply a broad range of knowledge to treat more patients. She also enjoys forming relationships throughout her day with people of all different backgrounds.
Sarah works closely with her patients, enabling them to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She has a particular interest in obesity management, women’s health, treating depression and anxiety, as well as treating chronic illnesses with diet and other lifestyle changes.
When she isn’t working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Nora. She also likes reading mystery novels, exercising, eating delicious food, traveling, and discovering new places.

My visit with Dawn was for my annual physical. The front end staff is friendly and her nurse is great, always helpful even during the dreadful weight taking! I seldom wait more than a few minutes from the time I get there until I'm in the exam room. Dawn is great. She addresses my concerns, is easy to talk to, understands my issues and makes me laugh. She is empathetic but professional and always encourages me. She makes me feel like my care is a partnership which I appreciate.
Dawn is always very thorough and helps me work through any health concerns I might have. Always a pleasure to see her and Crissy.
