Harper Orthodontics is a state-of-the-art orthodontic clinic serving the Bay Area in Walnut Creek and Martinez, California. Board-certified orthodontist Stephen Harper, DDS, is proud to provide high-quality and effective orthodontic care. New patients are welcome to take advantage of complimentary orthodontic consultations at Harper Orthodontics. During the initial visit, Dr. Harper assesses the patient’s bite and takes digital impressions to design individualized orthodontic treatment plans. The practice offers a variety of orthodontic options for patients of all ages, from young children to older adults.

Along with traditional metal and ceramic braces, Harper Orthodontics offers modern orthodontic options, like SPEED and Damon™ Clear self-ligating braces that boast low-profile brackets and thin archwires. They also use an onsite iTero® intraoral scanner for people interested in Invisalign® clear aligners.

As a conservative orthodontist, Dr. Harper recommends early children’s orthodontics when a child’s bite problems interfere with their tooth and jaw development. He never pushes patients into treatment and always takes their lifestyle, concerns, and budget into consideration when recommending orthodontics. 

Comfort is a priority at Harper Orthodontics. The practice is home to Spectrum® Diode lasers, which minimize the need for needles and scalpels. Dr. Harper uses these lasers to perform a wide range of treatments with only topical anesthetics. He can extract baby and adult teeth, perform soft tissue procedures, and other treatments with precise laser technology.
