Front desk was very welcoming , I bad with names I think it was Ciana, I was checked in promptly and able to change the time for a blood draw, and then I was quickly taken to an exam room. The tech Emily I think took my vitals and wrote down my symptoms and reason for my visit, which was a follow up on a throat swap I had taken the day before at the Eastern location, Durango closer to home but they just got setup to take my insurance. This was a perfect visit from a patient perspective. The doctor spent quality time with me to fully understand my unique medical needs. She understood that my condition pertaining to degenerative disc disease wasn’t new to me, but I was new to her, so she listened, asked plenty of questions to fully understand, and together we decided on the treatment and RX.
