Who wants to go to physical therapy? No one. Well, I did not want to go. After my first session with Rachel, I looked forward to the next session. Why? Because it worked. It worked. The lessons she taught me to live a long, reduced-pain life was paired with her excellent physical exercises that convinced me I will be walking well into my 90s (I'm 74).
