Highly recommend! Such a huge relief to find N2, a PT who specialized in post natal recovery and a one stop shop for everything I needed: pelvic floor exam, back/neck/body pain recovery, strengthening exercises to gain muscle strength back. I had a lot of postnatal back and neck/shoulder pain. Kristen consistently dry needled to significantly release tension and pain.
This was in contrast to many other PTs I tried in the past who did know where to locate the dry needle and I felt nothing. Read less
