Dr. Clark is always attentive, and listens to all of your concerns, while also making sure you understand what is going on medically. He's great with questions and seems to genuinely care about his patients! Would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Kim spent a reasonable amount of time with me discussing my health concerns. I was not feeling rushed, or pushed through a system.

Dr.Kim is a great , gentle and professional Dr I ever seen before. So many Colonoscopy Dr treated me such as Korean Dr in California , American Dr and India Dr in Tx. Dr.Kim is always is #1.

Dr. Clarke was attentive to my needs and listened to my concerns. I enjoy having him as my doctor.
I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and an hour in the little room. Dr Kim did apologize for the wait. My husband used him and like him so I'm givinging him a try myself the wait was the only issue. The the staff was great

Wait time for the doctor was too long, when I told the medical assistant she was rude and before he came to the room she told him, let me know if you need my help with that patient. Rude.
Wait time and having to answer same questions as answered earlier on phone. Dr. Kim made up for any inconvenience with hid manor and nature. He listened and asked approate questions. He gave options and responded to concerns. Least evasive to most.

I can not tell you how safe & Heard you will feel, not only by Dr. Clark, but the entirety of his staff . They are friendly, professional and understanding. They really want to make things easy their patients. They pick up the phone & don't go through AI, which I understand is so helpful with portals but this is just so much more personable and honestly a rarity especially for a doctor Who is growing his practice and still makes you feel like you're his only patient.. It's honestly refreshing. 3 years of my life feeling so isolated and Ill, like there is no hope for me..ONE SINGLE appointment gave me GENUINE HOPE AND ASSURANCE. I have seen him several times since and he is very thorough. I feel very confident he can help me or get me to the right place that can. I am very comfortable w Dr Clark, he has a way to make me feel like I'm just having a real discussion face to face, instead of waiting at the principal's office lol. I feel like I can TAKE A BREATH for the first time in years. I'm so thankful to have been received so graciously by Dr.Clark and his AMAZING COMPASSIONATE team.

FRONT Office staff. Each and everyone is phenomenal. The sweetest, friendliest people. BRIGHT SHINING SWEET PERSONALITIES. Five stars for them. I unfortunately have no family in America, my husband works 15 hour days, all of my friends had plans, trips etc this morning, so I had to bring my 2 kids to my NINE AM appt. They are 8 and 9, can't leave them home. There was a couple. That got called back at 9am, and I was like "weird, that's my appt time, they must be seeing a different doctor".... Um no. They were not. They were seeing the same doctor I was supposed to see at 9am. So, they call me back to a foot fungus toenail room??? I'm like this is awkward. And I'm crammed in there with two little kids who're crying about being tired, hungry, thirst, OF COURSE. I thought, this will be a quick in and out, they'll tell me I need a colonoscopy and endoscopy, and I'll be on my way.....I haven't had a BM in a week. No. They had us in this foot fungus removal room for AN HOUR. So, 15 min to 10am, I'm like "hey, I'm very overwhelmed, I usually don't bring my kids, I would just like to go ahead and reschedule." They said "he's almost done, just a couple of more min." I was like "2 min or like 15 min?" She said "couple of min". So, I wait another 15-20 min, and I'm done. The kids are done. I was very calm, I wasn't causing a scene, I was just like "we are done please". THEN....The doctor was like "I can see you now." I said "sir my appointment was over an hour ago, no thank you, me and my kids are ready to go home". I have systemic lupus. I'm currently doing a 30 day 24/7 heart monitor thing, I'm in painful organ failure, it's not comfortable to sit on a foot Dr bed, waiting over an hour for your appt. I am going to ask for a new referral, to a different GI. Scheduling two 9am appts for one doctor is just very disorganized and unprofessional, if there were multiple doctors, of course, but there was one! You cannot schedule two patients at one time for an appointment. I was an optician, this is extremely unprofessional, and you just don't do that to patients.
Very professional as well as personable experience. Dr. Kim is truly looking out for his patients health.
