Dr Sams just did a endoscopy/colonscopy on my 12 yr old daughter who has epilepsy, autism,adhd, & anxiety issues. She walked her through everything step by step in the office b4 procedure day. The day of the procedure she came in before the procedure and talked to my daughter and distracted her while they were putting in the IV. She really took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, not many doctors would invest that much energy and time into their patients, but she did. She's the best. Read less

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Derica Sams, who is truly an exceptional physician. She is fast, caring, personable, and incredibly attentive to both the child and the parent. After an ongoing issue , Dr. Sams was able to immediately understand and address our concerns. Her knowledge and calm, patient approach gave us the reassurance we needed.
Thanks to her quick action and the support of her amazing staff, my child is already feeling so much better.
