He has and just as important his staff has the knowledge and experience to work with each and every patient. They are courteous and caring and always willing to assist me in person or on the phone to bring my questions to fruition.

I had to find a new family practice facility due to our doctor’s office switching over to concierge care. This past Tuesday I needed to see someone for an earache so I decided to call Dr. Phipps office. I was able to get in that very day with nurse practitioner Shelley Rabner. Shelley was so kind, easy to talk to and thorough in her examination of me. She treated me for the ear infection and also recommended some further testing if needed.
