As you can imagine it brings a lot of anxiety as a first timer but as soon as he started informing me it all went away. Had a completely painless Pap smear and left extremely grateful after my visit. It goes without saying that his medical assistants (especially Katia I believe was her name) were kind, informative, and patient alongside his front desk staff.
