About Amanda Train

Amanda is passionate about supporting her clients to feel their best self again. With the right mindset and guidance, she believes that any individual can overcome the struggles that life brings. She creates a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment for individuals to heal and grow. Amanda understands that every individual’s situation is unique and requires a different approach. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, person centered therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. Through years of working with children, adolescents, and families, Amanda has extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, anger, and poor communication skills.
