About Amy Hendon, FNP-C

Amy Hendon, APRN, is a nurse practitioner who specializes in aesthetics at Wellskin Dermatology & Aesthetics in Gallatin, Tennessee. 

Amy completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Southern Indiana. She then moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she began her nursing career at Vanderbilt University and finished her family nurse practitioner degree at Tennessee State University. 

Since 2021, Amy has been practicing aesthetic medicine and has perfected her technique of injectables like Neurotoxin®, dermal fillers, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. She also enjoys performing microneedling and radiofrequency (RF) treatments, sclerotherapy for spider veins, as well as laser therapy for effective hair removal and photofacials. Amy uses the Morpheus8® tool for body remodeling and Asclera® to diminish the appearance of unwanted leg veins. 

Amy loves to partner with patients at Wellskin Dermatology & Aesthetics, encouraging them to grow in confidence and promoting better self care. 

She currently lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with her husband and their fur babies, which includes two poodles and two cats. They enjoy quality time together while boating, traveling, and running.
