They were pleasant people to talk to. The provider saw I was concerned and explained the therapies or treatments and to handle with caution . She even gave me the option to go to them and they would show me how to apply. She also Show moretook the time to explain some of the tests that she wanted me to do that would help my situation. Very customer service oriented, you just feel it, from the moment you set foot in their clinic to the time you get discharge - process just flows. Paperwork is a bit long.

I can’t express how wonderful and caring the staff is here. Even as a walk in we never wait more than 10 minutes. They are also knowledgeable about their job duties and show that they care about their patients.
First time there, excellent and fast they explain everything to you, would recommend.

Ever since I have been coming here for wound care I have been healing well and they really care about me and my healing process. When I come in for my appointment I’m always seen in a timely manner never left waiting. They are always so gentle and making sure not to cause extra pain but also being very through. so grateful to have them treating me.

I am so glad I started getting my wounds seen there. My foot was swollen and lots of skin missing with stitches in between toes. My foot started getting better scabs looked better and skin without scabs dried up with their treatment. They were so careful because of amount of pain I was in. Everyone was super nice. I’m going to tell everyone about this clinic because they seem to care about patients. Always with a smile, respect, professional and very clear about what treatment to do
The care they gave me was unbelievable. My wound care for 2 weeks was staying about the same. In 3 days I saw such a difference and in a week my wounds were healing and looked unbelievable. The staff is so nice and always smiling even though I see how hard they work it shows they care about the patients.
