About Ashley Karson

Busy active Mom of 3, that basically means being the Uber for her children to their multiple sports/activities. Ashley loves being active with her children as well, riding bikes, running around playing sports and taking family walks! She loves to cook healthy meals and teach her family how to live a healthy lifestyle. Ashley enjoys living a healthy life for so many reasons, feeling good in the body given to her, being able to move and do the things she loves to do with the people she loves!

Experience

Ashley grew up playing multiple sports from preschool thru high school, even as an adult with kids! She learned about discipline and how to be a team member, having a healthy mindset and how to take care of her health. Ashley worked in a gym as a teenager and loved seeing people take care of their health with fitness and nutrition as the main priority in their lives!

Philosophy

Ashleys goal is to provide people with the tools to live a healthy lifestyle. Our health is very important and very individual, which is why it should be fun and a priority! Her goal is to motivate and encourage people to make their training a successful part of their lives. Ashley loves to see people having fun with their fitness and health programs and seeing them achieve their goals! “work hard, stay consistent and be patient”

Favorite exercise/training:

Everybody and every BODY is different, which means that everyone’s abilities and needs are diverse when it comes to exercise. Everyone has goals for their own health and fitness journey, and sometimes the goals don’t always seem achievable or realistic. Ashley believes that the best training tool is to set realistic goals that are attainable and achievable with time spent and effort made with individualized exercise plans! Each person deserves to feel and look their best with their life journey!
