Dr Jepson on West surgeon who performed my prostrate surgery. Because it certainly didn't give me any healthy connotations. It seems to be a miserable little organ and all it does grew up the male libido and urinary function and cShow morean intrude into the bladder and screw that up! But since my surgery I have lost all of the problems that I had by 97.2%. No incontinence. No desire to have to pee every 30 minutes. No dribbling or worse. Don't get me wrong to surgery was intense on its own and there are a couple of weeks of recuperation that you need to go through and you still have to be careful and make sure that you're draining properly but all in all it was extremely effective and I am unbelievably happy I had it done. So for any of you guys out there that are worried about it don't! 20 years ago I don't think this procedure was even available. But it is now and I suggest if you got those problems to get it done. It is life affirming. I still got some ideas but they have medication for that and I think a lot of times that men become psychologically resistance to their possibility of becoming sexually active again. I've always believed that sex starts in the brain. Of course I'm not 40 years old anymore. But now that things are working correctly I hope to have natural sexual appetites without medication in the near future. Otherwise the medication works fine. Thank you Dr Jepson
I had been in the ER for belly pain when I had a CT only to discover that I had a 7mm Kidney Stone stuck just below my right kidney. I live with my daughter as she is my caregiver. I scared her when I became septic and she took meShow more back to the ER where I was cared for all day, then admitted. I lost several days, but when I was able to wake up and talk, I learned that Dr. Jepson performed emergency surgery placing a stent near the kidney stone allowing it to drain. I wanted to follow-up with him after getting out of the hospital. He was very cordial and thorough with me. I look forward in getting better and staying healthy under his care. I'd definitely refer Dr. Jepson to any of my friends.
Brett Jepson, MD, is an experienced, board-certified urologist at CSUA: Union in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has over two decades of experience and specializes in endourology, kidney stone treatment and management, and laparoscopic and da Vinci® robotic surgery of malignant and benign prostate disease.
Dr. Jepson graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. He went on to complete medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Jepson finished his medical training with an internship and urology residency at Saint Louis University Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri, where he trained in minimally invasive cancer surgery and endourology.
Dr. Jepson began his career in Omaha, Nebraska, where he trained University of Nebraska urology residents in da Vinci robotic procedures and general urology. He is board-certified by the American Board of Urology and is an active member of the American Urology Association.
When he’s not helping patients, he spends time with his wife and two children and participates in outdoor activities. Dr. Jepson enjoys caring for patients at CSUA: Union and welcomes them to the practice.

Dr Jepson and nurse Julie were extremely professional, providing excellent care and makin certain I understood the procedure and the results. Couldn’t have asked for more from healthcare providers.
Jepson seems to be an excellent MD. However, I had to wait nearly an hour to see Jepson for my last appointment. The business people and the front desk people are horrible.
Dr. Jensen was straight forward and explained the need for the surgery and the associated risk. My wife and I both believe that he is knowledgeable and confident as can be expected. This may not be an easy surgery which he made us aware. We appreciate the straight forward assessment.

Perfect results but we caught it early. I am 63 and I encourage folks to get routine PSA’s. If we had not acted quickly I doubt I would be enjoying these great results.

My appointment was for an annual check-up. I believe that the normal time allotted is 30 minutes but Dr Jepson, without appearing hurried, was pleasantly conversational and covered all of the normal questions and subject areas thoroughly well within the appointment time. He was familiar with my treatment history and current prescriptions. My appointment time was well managed.
