My experience was great, the front office prior to the actual event had a lot of issues. They sent me the initial paperwork with the date, time and doctor performing the procedure HIGHLIGHTED and it was all wrong - it said a dateShow more in 2014 and a doctor that has retired! I have to say that did not make me feel totally confident in the facility. Then they prescribed a $200 prep that the pharmacist was never able to see if my insurance would cover or not, after standing there for 15 minutes. I called and got a new prep for $0 and they said they would email instructions, to not follow the instructions on the box. That email never came so I called for a third time to get it. Everyone I saw on Thursday was awesome and I was totally at ease, but you need to take a look at your office people.
In office experience was very good, staff on phone & at reception were all great. Amelia was very professional but also listened to my concerns and made me feel like we were on the same team. My only complaint was the awful new Show more“registration” online form. I have been a patient of Dr Williams for years. He did an upper GI several years ago, a colonoscopy 2 years (?)ago. I am the sam person with the same address, Medicare # and Medicare supplement #. I have the same phone #. the same family history , etc., etc., etc. I left your office with paperwork for upper GI scheduled for June 22nd. Came home looked at paperwork for procedure & I gotta reanswer the same damn questions! Enough already!

Quick in, quick out, wonderfully caring staff. Dr. McMorrow is thorough and detail oriented.
Everyone involved communicates friendly and professionally to ensure you are fully informed and comfortable with the process.
Staff was super attentive and informative. Made the experience so much better!!
Gateway has a professional and caring staff.
The F.N.P. I met with was very attentive and easy to talk too. A negative of the practice is the doctor I was going to left the practice and his customers were not informed. When I tried to see another doctor I was told it would be a three month wait. I guess there is always the emergency room if needed. I was happy that I was able to talk to Mrs.Aubuchon that only took a month to see her. I have now reestablished myself with another doctor in the group.
From check-in through pre and post procedures, what a pleasant experience! I cannot say enough about how the check-in person (forgive me for not getting her name) Tammy, RN, Jill, nurse anesthesiologist, Dr McMorrow and Julie, RN made us feel welcome and at ease and helped us throughout the morning. All questions answered before I knew to ask them. Thanks for a great experience (as it can be for a colonoscopy
From start to finish the entire experience was a very good. Admittance for the procedure was easy. Then I was walked back to the pre procedure area, as we were walking the nurse explained the procedure step by step. Communication was very good. While being prepped for the procedure I was walked through what to expect. While in the room where the procedure is going to take place, one last run down of what to expect and last safety check before the procedure. In post op the nurse and doctor were very thorough in their explanation. The whole staff was very attentive. Very happy with everything. Thank you, Joe Buneta.
Every part of my visit went smoothly, even though my veins don’t always make getting an IV in. Thanks to all the nurses who took care of me.
I have been with Dr. Brian McMorrow for about 20 years. His professionalism is outstanding and even though I am a Registered Nurse my self, he answers all my questions and concerns that I have. We discuss ideas and I trust him and follow his suggestions. He returns my calls even well after business hours so I know he takes his patients seriously!

Did not recvd an instruction of my colonoscopy from my Dr. I had to follow the sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate and magnesium state oral solution. That Wall Green Pharmacy gave me. Thats where I got the guidance to get the colonoscopy. Not from the Dr office.. So I had to wait or another hrs to released the water I drunk. Anyway... thnks God I'm good my Dr found 4 mm plyp in ascending colon. Not bad.
Very patient & knowledgeable FNP. I feel confident & appreciate her answering all my questions & concerns.
