I've been seeing Caitlin for a few months now. My sister actually recommended her to me. I am so glad she did. I had a terrible first experience with a therapist and it was kind of traumatic. I was scared for years after of therapShow moreist. But my sister talked her up and I was like, well it can't be any worse. I am so glad I did! I don't feel judged. She made me realize just how much trauma I've gone through even though I didn't think it was (Brains are weird, but cool) and I feel like I can kind of start facing these traumas head on. We relate on certains things which makes it sooo much easier to talk about it. I feel heard again, I feel like I'm understood with her. I HIGHLY recommend her!
