I feel very comfortable talking with Cassandra, she makes me feel very comfortable about topics that I find very difficult to discuss. She has helped me very much with just the few times that we have met via zoom. Cassandra is awesome. She listens well, provides comfort when needed. It’s easy to express my feelings and emotions about things I have been through. I literally look forward to our next visit.

Ms. Allen has provided me a judgement free space where I have felt safe to process my ever changing emotions and has helped me see the great things about myself. The provider that is helping me is very straight forward and will make you think deep. She is like someone who knocks some sense into you or slaps you in the face when you just being dumb. I appreciate someone like that because sometimes that's what one needs.
